Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract or order within 14 days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you place the order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your intention by means of a clear statement (e.g. in the form of a letter sent by mail or an email) to CR LUXOR GmbH, Unterdorf 5, 6068 Mils, E-Mail: cntctlxrcrystlcm. To meet the terms of the right to cancel within a given timeframe, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the fact that you are exercising this right before the end of the period of its validity.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us. This refund will be made within a period of fourteen days from the date on which we received the notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction for such a refund unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any charges concerning the refunding of these fees. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until such a time that the goods in question have been returned and received by us.

You must return the goods to us immediately, or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date that you informed us of your intention to return them. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling, which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of cancellation does not exist if the seal is broken after delivery, which, for reasons of health or hygiene, renders the goods unsuitable for return.
